HGP have developed for proprietary technology for industrial use that is modular and mobile. It comprises a containerised Integrated Hydrogen and E-Methane systems that can use treated and untreated waste Carbon Dioxide within flue gases and produce e-fuels that can be used by the industrial plant as part of the internal circular energy process or fed into the gas grid, thus assisting the decarbonisation of gas consumers in Scotland and/or further afield.
Our modular systems, based on our building block of 50kW modules, provides solutions for all size solutions with requirements from 50kW to 30MW.
The containerisation of our systems allows for installation on any location and meet any topographical challenges. In addition to integrated systems, HGP systems also provide modular mobile containerised systems that contain only a Hydrogen system or, alternatively, only an e-Methane/fuel system.
The systems deliver unparalleled efficiency and sustainability with our cutting-edge Methanation System. The systems harness the power of renewable resources to convert waste carbon dioxide into valuable e-fuels. HGP's ''climate tech'' captures waste carbon dioxide that is currently vented into the atmosphere, causing climate change. HGP's climate tech is an Integrated Hydrogen and Methanation (IHE) system which combine green hydrogen with waste CO2 to produce bio-methane which can be used to reduce fossil fuel use in existing industrial processes, to replace fuels used in the customer’s transport fleet or be sold to third parties
